Real Madrid end the season with a glorious 4-1 win over Athletic Club

Both clubs have already met numerous times before with this being a special match as for two Madrid players it will be their last in a white jersey. Last game for Real Madrid veteran Carvajal and Austrian player, Alaba. This will also be Arbeloa’s last match as manager since announcing he will no longer continue and leave this summer. Atletico has the worst defence and has underperformed in La liga having conceded 54 goals 

Gonzalo kicks off the game with a 1-0 for Real Madrid with a powerful strike with an assist from the one and only Carvajal. The veteran marks his last time for los blancos threading the ball right to the Madrid forward leaving no chance to Padilla.

In a heart warming moment, Real Madrid say goodbye to their fellow team mate, David Alaba. A proper send off for an emotional Daniel Carvajal, a player who has been at Real Madrid essentially his entire career. A Spanish legend who added with an assist in his last match.

Madrid have scored their 4 goal this match this time by Diaz, Los blancos, however Athletic quickly strike back with their second goal by Izeta. Madrid are still a two goal ahead with only two minutes of extra time added, the game comes to an end with 4-2.
